This role began as a contract-to-hire & was quickly turned into a full-time position. Primary task: decision & adoption process of new CMS back-end for northerntrust.com. As a senior leader, provided leadership and direction of multiple projects’ requirements, budgeting, & architectural planning. Led development teams delivering 9+ website projects.
